The plasma cutter MAGNUM CUT 40 is designed for manual air plasma cutting of electrically conductive parts made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminium and its alloys, brass, copper and cast iron.
The machine comes with a torch that cuts in places that are hard to reach and in every position. The CUT 40 plasma cutter uses a PT-31 torch with contact ignition by a high voltage pulse. The cutter can be used in production, in workshop and repair work and for cutting scrap.
The MAGNUM CUT 40 is built on the latest technology using IGBT transistors, which reduces electromagnetic interference and power losses, raises the output and reliability of the power source and cuts energy use. The cutter has thermal overload protection. Its advantages are low weight and stepless cutting current adjustment that keeps cut quality high.
