Migatronic 73410140 is a wire feed unit for the Automig 183, 223 and 273 MIG machines. In the spare parts list of these machines Migatronic describes it as "Wire feed unit 0.8-1.0", a feed unit for wire from 0.8 to 1.0 mm in diameter. It is a part you replace inside your welding machine, not a separate wire feeder in its own housing.
The same list gives two other variants: 73410141 for 0.6 to 0.8 mm wire and 73410160 for 1.0 mm wire with 4 feed rolls. The newer Automig 183, 223 and 273 manual (50111827 E, valid from week 20 of 2017) lists the numbers 73410171 and 73410172. Check the spare parts list of your machine for the right number.
