Instead of building the air supply into the helmet, swiss air separates the two functions and creates a universal, ultralight solution. At the core of the system is an advanced filter and blower unit worn on the back, which is the basis for building a fully personalised protection set. Groundbreaking modular concept
The swiss air system changes the approach to protection at a basic level by separating the breathing system from face and eye protection. The filter and blower unit is worn on the back in an ergonomic harness, and clean air is delivered through a flexible hose to the half mask (sold separately). This design makes the system fully compatible with any welding helmet, including other brands, as well as with safety helmets, grinding visors and goggles. You are no longer tied to one integrated solution. It is an investment in complete freedom of choice and in being able to match the equipment to the task, not the other way round.
Positive pressure zone and breathing support
The system works by creating a constant positive pressure around the mouth and nose inside the half mask.
