Technology details
Restored ergonomics and stability of the IsoFit® system
The forehead pad is the main contact point between the welder’s head and the helmet support system. Over time, pressure and working conditions cause natural wear, and the pad loses its original elasticity and shape. Replacing it with a new genuine pad restores the precise fit and even distribution of forces that the biomechanical design of the IsoFit® headgear depends on. The centre of gravity of the helmet then matches the head properly again, which minimises the load on the neck muscles. A new pad directly renews the ergonomic properties of the equipment, which means less fatigue and better concentration.
Top-level hygiene and moisture management
During intensive physical work, sweat and dirt from the workshop inevitably build up on parts that touch the skin. The pads are made of an advanced multi-layer Tricot material designed to wick moisture away efficiently and keep you thermally comfortable. Regular replacement is essential for personal hygiene, as it prevents bacterial growth and skin irritation. Keeping your equipment clean is a matter of comfort, but also of professionalism and care for your own health.
