ShadeTronic® technology works like a fully autonomous pilot that frees the welder from setting the shade level by hand. The patented FadeTronic® technology changes the way the helmet returns to the light state after the arc goes out. Instead of an abrupt, harsh switch, the filter returns to the rest state smoothly and gradually, which significantly reduces eye strain and fatigue. The delay time can be set across a broad span from 0.1 to 2.0 seconds, so you can match the filter's behaviour to the afterglow of the material and your own preferences. This apparently small function has a big effect on comfort, especially during long, repetitive work. The e3000X powered air system provides the highest certified level of respiratory protection (class TH3 according to EN 12941), filtering as much as 99.8% of all harmful solid and liquid particles.
