CLT 2.0 technology is a breakthrough in the optical quality of welding filters and reaches an unprecedented light state of 2.0 when the filter is inactive. ShadeTronic® technology works like an autopilot for your eyes, automatically adjusting the shade level to the intensity of the welding arc. The system continuously analyses the conditions and smoothly regulates the protection level in the range of 4 to 12 DIN, so you do not need to correct it by hand when you change current or welding process. For full control, the individual calibration function lets you fine-tune the automatically selected level by ±2 DIN shades. This gives constant, optimum eye protection without taking your attention off the task. The e3000X powered air system is the foundation of health protection in an industrial environment. It provides the highest possible level of TH3 class respiratory protection (according to EN 12941), filtering as much as 99.8% of harmful solid and liquid particles, fumes and aerosols. The system creates positive pressure inside the helmet, which effectively isolates the welder from the contaminated surroundings. Precise integration with the Helix helmet distributes clean air evenly without irritating the eyes.
