The instrument is used to analyse the temperature distribution of a welding machine during operation.
Measurements are taken on a running machine to verify correct operation of, among other things, the power source cooling system and the current connections, and to check whether the machine has defects that cannot be detected any other way.
We carry out the measurement with a Testo 883.
- For the inspection we use a camera with a resolution of 320 x 240 px (640 x 480 pixels with the SuperResolution function).
- Detects temperature differences from 0.12°C thanks to high thermal sensitivity.
- Detection possible from a distance of 10 cm.
- Refresh rate 27 Hz
