Spawlab.pl
We are the manufacturer, your guarantee of top quality
We build professional welding cables in our own workshop. That is why, when you buy at Spawlab.pl, you know that every part, from the cable to the holder, has been chosen with care. What is more, everything has been assembled with attention to the smallest detail. As a result, we guarantee uncompromising quality and full technical support.
Professional electrode cable 200 A / 5 m, more reach and full freedom of movement
Do you need more freedom when you work on larger parts? That is exactly why we built the 5 metre version of our popular electrode cable. First of all, it joins the benefits of the ergonomic 200 A holder with the comfort that extra length brings. As a consequence, you can move freely around a structure without shifting the welder all the time, and you keep full precision.

Key features and benefits, an advantage in every detail
Ergonomic 200 A Electrode Holder: Full Control
The holder is your most important interface with the machine. That is exactly why we used a fully insulated, ergonomic 200 A model. First of all, its shaped body and good balance make it sit perfectly in the hand, which reduces fatigue. What is more, a strong spring holds the electrode securely at any angle. As a result, you keep full control over the weld pool and can focus only on the quality of the weld.
35 mm² H01N2-D Cable: Flexibility and Power Over Distance
A good holder needs an equally good cable, especially at a length of 5 metres. Namely, an H01N2-D cable with a cross section of 35 mm² is the ideal compromise between conductivity and flexibility. Thanks to that, the cable does not fight your movements and does not load the wrist, so you can manoeuvre freely. Naturally, its 100% copper core keeps power losses minimal and the arc stable even over a longer distance.
An Armoured Hydraulic Connection
A cable is only as good as its weakest point. For that reason, we join the cable to the plug by hydraulic crimping. In the end, this creates a monolithic joint that is mechanically very strong and conducts the current perfectly. So, you can be sure that this part will never let you down, even under intensive use in difficult conditions.
Proven quality: the calculation for 200 A / 5 m
A low voltage drop across the whole circuit is the key to a stable arc. That is why we show the calculation openly.
Step 1: Collecting the data
- Welding current (I): 200 A
- Total circuit length (L): 10 m (5 m electrode lead + 5 m earth lead)
- Cross section (A): 35 mm²
- Resistivity of copper (ρ): ≈ 0.0175 Ω, mm²/m
Step 2: Calculating the resistance (R)
R = (ρ × L) / A = (0.0175 × 10) / 35 = 0.005 Ω
Step 3: Calculating the voltage drop (ΔU)
ΔU = I × R = 200 A × 0.005 Ω = 1.00 V
Conclusion
As you can see, a result of 1.00 V is still an excellent figure and proves that the extra length did not cost you performance. That is exactly why this is a fully professional solution.
To sum up, with this electrode cable you get:
- A longer working reach thanks to the 5 metre length.
- Full control and comfort thanks to the ergonomic 200 A holder.
- Freedom to manoeuvre thanks to the flexible H01N2-D cable.
- Reliability for years, provided by the hydraulically crimped connection.
I recommend it
