SPARTUS Easy 6000CL is a high-output industrial laser cleaner rated at 6000W, built for the most demanding production applications. The high power of the laser source and the advanced scanning system give exceptional productivity when removing rust, mill scale, paint, lacquer, oxides and other contaminants, without affecting the structure of the base material.
Maximum productivity for heavy industry
SPARTUS Easy 6000CL is fitted with a 6000W Raycus laser source and the C620 cleaning head, which lets you set the working path width anywhere from 10 to 500 mm. This adjustment range covers both precise spot work and fast cleaning of large surfaces.
A scan speed of up to 40 000 mm/s and adjustable beam oscillation parameters let you match the process closely to the material and to the thickness of the layer being removed. Wide working paths raise productivity considerably and shorten the processing time for large parts and industrial structures.
With 6000W of power, the unit is very well suited to:

The unit also supports remote management via a mobile app. Over the wireless connection the operator can monitor the machine status, change working parameters and access service information and technical documents without walking over to the laser source. This makes diagnostics much easier, speeds up configuration and makes everyday use more comfortable.

Non-contact laser technology removes the need for abrasives and aggressive chemicals, so the process is clean, environmentally friendly and economical.
Long reach with an 18-metre optical fibre
SPARTUS Easy 6000CL comes with a fibre optic cable as long as 18 metres, which gives you exceptional freedom when working on large parts and structures. The long reach means you need to move the laser source less often, making the unit easier to use and the process more efficient.
The long fibre is ideal for cleaning steel structures, tanks, industrial machinery, ship components and other hard-to-reach surfaces. It makes work considerably easier in production plants, in shipyards and on service jobs, where mobility and a flexible workstation are essential.
