SPARTUS® PROTECT are professional mobile protective panels designed specifically for work with class 4 lasers. They assemble quickly and can be configured freely, so setting up a safe work zone has never been easier.
HIGH STANDARD OF OPTICAL PROTECTION
The panels are made of protective materials compliant with DIN EN 12254:2012-4 and EN 60825-4:2006. The product provides effective protection against laser radiation in the 1050-1400 nm wavelength range, according to the protection classes: D AB7 + I AB8 + R AB6 + M AB8Y GDLS>1050-1400 nm, 280 mW/m² (>1050-1400, 100sec). This means SPARTUS® PROTECT can be used safely near the most demanding laser sources.
MOBILITY AND FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION
The SPARTUS® PROTECT system is designed for maximum mobility. Each panel stands on sturdy swivel castors with brakes, so you can move the walls quickly and set them up in any configuration. This lets you create temporary or semi-permanent protective rooms inside production halls or workshops.
INTEGRATED VIEWING WINDOW
SPARTUS® PROTECT panels are also available with a built-in viewing window that meets the requirements of the relevant safety standards. A special filter glass lets you watch the processes inside the work zone safely, without the risk of exposure to laser radiation. A practical solution for workstations where the equipment has to be watched at all times.
