The SPARTUS® Master 230XT automatic helmet is designed to protect the welder's eyes and face against harmful radiation and welding spatter. It is an excellent choice for MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA welding. It also has a grinding function.
The Master 230XT has an auto-darkening filter with the top optical class 1/1/1/1 and a large field of view of 100x65mm. A switching time of 1/30 000s is achieved with 4 highly sensitive sensors, which is an important factor when welding at low currents. The image is shown in real colours (true color).
External controls make it easy to set the filter parameters during work without taking the helmet off. They let you control the shade (DIN 4-8 / DIN 9-13), sensitivity and delay, and switch the helmet to grinding mode.
The helmet is made of a strong, lightweight material and weighs only 480g. Multi-step headgear adjustment gives you not only a precise fit but also the right distance between the filter and the welder's eyes. The Master 230XT helmet lets you work comfortably for long periods without fatigue.
The SPARTUS® Pro PAPR unit supplies the welder with clean, dry air in particularly difficult conditions with heavy dust and high humidity. A high level of respiratory protection, TH3P, is provided by a set of replaceable filters (main HEPA filter, activated carbon pre-filter). The whole unit is protected by a spark guard. The airflow can be set to 180l/min or 220l/min. Any airflow problems are signalled by a vibration and audible alarm system. The breathing hose is connected to the helmet shell, so you stay comfortable and free to move while you work.
A large switch makes the unit easy to operate even with gloves on. The brushless motor ensures energy-efficient and very quiet operation. The replaceable Li-ion battery gives more than 10h of continuous operation.
