The SPARTUS Easy 203CL Pulse laser cleaner uses a pulsed fiber laser source that emits a beam of high energy density in short, controlled pulses. Each pulse acts locally on the material surface and makes contaminants vaporise or detach on a microscopic scale, without affecting the structure of the substrate. Unlike continuous wave technology, pulsed cleaning gives you full control over beam energy and minimal heating of the material, so the process is safe even for delicate and precision parts.
The source in the SPARTUS Easy 203CL Pulse is a 200 W fiber laser emitting at a wavelength of 1064-1080 nm. A modern pulsed resonator delivers single pulse energy up to 5 mJ and a repetition rate up to 4000 kHz, which means high productivity with maximum precision.
