SPARTUS Easy 500CL is a compact 500 W pulsed laser cleaner designed for precise, non-contact removal of contaminants from surfaces. Its mobile design, built into a rugged transport case, combines a powerful pulsed source with the convenience of moving the unit between workstations.
The unit uses a pulsed laser source with a maximum single pulse energy of 5 mJ, which gives you accurate control of the process and limits the heat put into the workpiece. During cleaning, the laser energy reaches the surface in short pulses. This acts effectively on the contaminant layer while keeping the process under accurate control.

Multi-mode 5 mJ: even action and better protection of the base surface
The SPARTUS Easy 500CL Pulse Multi-Mode 5 mJ version uses a flat-top beam, in which the energy is spread much more evenly across the whole spot. Despite the higher maximum single pulse energy of 5 mJ, the energy is not concentrated in one point as strongly as with single-mode. This limits local overloading of the surface and removes contaminants effectively with less risk of damaging the base material. The multi-mode variant is especially recommended for cleaning moulds, larger surfaces, thin coatings, oils and deposits, and for applications where an even process and protection of the substrate are key. Thanks to the larger spot and the more uniform energy distribution, it can also give higher productivity when cleaning larger areas.
13 scan modes: match the beam to the job
The bidirectional X/Y scanning system offers 13 different laser beam patterns. The modes available to the operator include: linear, rectangular, cross rectangular, circular, sinusoidal, spiral, freeform, ring, rotary, triangular, rotating circle, rotating line and multi-directional linear-rotary scanning. The different beam geometries make it easier to adapt the process both to large flat surfaces and to parts with more complex shapes.
The interface supports Polish, among other languages, which makes setting up the unit and day-to-day operation more intuitive.
Extensive process library: a quick start without setting parameters every time
SPARTUS Easy 500CL pulse has a system that stores 100 groups of process parameters. The operator can prepare settings for specific jobs and then recall them quickly from the interface, without entering every parameter from scratch each time.
The system also includes a process library with settings for, among other things:
- rust removal,
- degreasing,
- paint removal,
- oxide layer removal,
- weld cleaning,
- mould cleaning.
This makes repeatable results easier to achieve and shortens the time needed to prepare the unit for the next job.
Distance sensor to support process control
The system can work with a distance sensor that monitors the position of the head relative to the workpiece surface. Within the set working range the system allows the beam to be emitted, and once the head leaves the permitted range it can block emission. This helps the operator keep the head in the correct position while working.
Light head and 4-metre fibre
The handheld cleaning head weighs less than 1.4 kg, so it is easy to guide during longer work. The unit comes with a 4-metre optical fibre that gives you freedom to move the head without constantly repositioning the whole cleaner. The combination of a compact source, a light head and a case design makes Easy 500CL pulse ready for work at a production station as well as directly at the part being cleaned.
Cleaning without abrasives or chemical cleaning agents
Laser technology removes the need for mechanical contact between the tool and the surface. The process needs no abrasive media and no typical chemical cleaning agents. Depending on the material and correctly chosen parameters, the unit can be used to remove, among other things: rust, oxide layers, paint and coatings, oil and dirt, deposits, residues on mould surfaces and contamination in the weld area.
This reduces the number of surface preparation steps and the amount of consumables that traditional cleaning methods require.
