The SPARTUS® Easy 2000 laser welder is the key to joints of exceptional quality. It outperforms conventional welding methods such as MIG and TIG thanks to the precision it offers. The laser produces much smaller, microscopic welds, which keeps the heat-affected zone in the surrounding material to a minimum. This makes laser welding an excellent choice for joining even very small parts that are hard to join with other welding methods.

WIRE FEEDER
The wire feeder on the SPARTUS® Easy 2000 laser welder delivers filler wire precisely to the weld zone. This matters for controlling the welding parameters, improving weld quality and raising process productivity. The feeder automates wire delivery, so the operator can concentrate on supervising the weld. That makes the wire feeder an important tool in laser welding, especially in industrial production.

SPARTUS F280 LASER HEAD: PRECISION, RELIABILITY AND CONTROL
The F280 laser head has an advanced real-time temperature monitoring system. A red warning light flashes when the head overheats, while a steady light signals other types of alarm, so you keep full control over the unit.
A separate mode button lets you switch quickly and conveniently between programmed processes. The digital controller is highly resistant to interference and runs stably and reliably under normal workshop conditions.
The improved optical design gives high weld quality, minimal distortion and deep penetration, which translates into very good welding results.
ONE UNIT, MANY FUNCTIONS
SPARTUS® Easy 2000 is used not only for welding, but also for cutting and cleaning a variety of materials.
Laser cutting separates materials precisely and leaves accurate, clean edges with no need for mechanical finishing. The cutting function, an additional option on this unit, lets you cut stainless steel up to 2 mm and carbon steel up to 1.5 mm. Copper and aluminium strongly reflect the laser beam and should not be laser cut.
Laser cleaning is an effective way to remove contamination, paint layers or rust from material surfaces while preserving their integrity and quality. With these laser applications we get very efficient material processing with minimal impact on the material structure.
