SPARTUS XPro CUT 110CNC is a high output inverter plasma cutter made for the most demanding industrial and production tasks and for work in automated systems. A 400V supply, cutting current up to 100A, the ability to cut material up to 55 mm thick and a 100% duty cycle give maximum process output and readiness for continuous work in a production setting.
Contact free arc striking without HF - a steadier start and longer component life
One of the most important points of the XPro CUT 110CNC is the modern system of contact free pilot arc striking that works without high frequency HF. Unlike classic HF systems, this solution:
- limits the risk of electromagnetic interference,
- improves the stability of arc initiation,
- raises working comfort near electronics and automation,
- extends the life of the wear parts of the plasma torch.
A further benefit is that the arc can be struck without the nozzle touching the material, which improves ergonomics and cuts the wear of working parts.
Three operating modes, wider use

- continuous cutting,
- interrupted cutting,
- gouging.
