The complete SPARTUS® PROTECT protective enclosure is a ready-made solution for workstations with class 4 lasers. The set measures 5560 × 5500 mm with a height of 2000 mm and lets you separate the work zone quickly and safely, with optical protection that meets the applicable standards. A good choice for companies that want a ready, professional solution without designing the structure from scratch.
HIGH STANDARD OF OPTICAL PROTECTION
The SPARTUS® PROTECT enclosure is made of certified protective materials compliant with DIN EN 12254:2012-4 and EN 60825-4:2006. It protects against laser radiation in the 1050-1400 nm wavelength range, with the protection class: D AB7 + I AB8 + R AB6 + M AB8Y GDLS>1050-1400 nm, 280 mW/m² (>1050-1400, 100 sec).
This means full safety even when you work with the most demanding laser sources.
STABLE STRUCTURE WITH MOBILE ELEMENTS
Although it is a complete enclosure, the SPARTUS® PROTECT system stays mobile. Every protective panel has swivel castors with brakes, so you can easily position the panels or change the layout within the work area. The structure combines stability with the ability to adapt to changing production needs.
DOOR WITH VIEWING WINDOW: ACCESS AND VISIBILITY DURING WORK
A door with a built-in viewing window is an integral part of the enclosure. It lets you enter and leave the work zone comfortably without disturbing the screening structure.
