INDUCTOR 3 BUTTERFLY BHF01 is an induction heater for fast, flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminium.
Using electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a large amount of heat to a precise spot within just a few seconds, to a depth of 4mm. Because it heats only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber or plastic parts or painted surfaces close to where the heater is working.
Despite its small size and low weight (7kg), it delivers high output. The built-in liquid cooling system provides a continuous power of 3.5 kW, and the patented tip system allows quick tip changes.
Recommended for every car and van service workshop for bodywork and mechanical repairs. Suitable for overhaul work and wheel alignment, tyre shops and mechanical workshops. It makes it easier to remove seized bolts, nuts, pins, bearings and other car parts.
It shortens repair time and gives you maximum control over heating during work. Unlike a gas torch, the induction heater heats the metal only at the selected spot, to a temperature of 500-600°C, and does not change the technical properties of the steel.
