INDUCTOR 840 IHD06 is a revolutionary induction heater for rapid flameless heating of ferrous metals and aluminum by induction.

Using the rules of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a tremendous amount of heat to a specific spot in just a few seconds to a depth of 5mm. It heats metal to ‘red’ (temperature of about 1000˚C) in an area 8x13mm and 5mm thick in 1 second. By heating only the selected area, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic parts and painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater’s operation.

Recommended for any passenger and commercial vehicle service for body and mechanical repairs. For use in overhaul and wheel alignment, tire changers and mechanic shops. Facilitates removal of locked bolts, nuts, pins, bearings and other automotive parts.

It guarantees reduced repair time and maximum control of heating during operation. Unlike a gas burner – the induction heater, heating the metal only in a selected area to a temperature of 500-600˚C, does not change the technical characteristics of the steel.
