The MB 501D 4.00m ERGO is a water-cooled MIG/MAG welding torch made by ABICOR BINZEL. It is a top class, high output torch designed for extreme loads and long working hours. The ergonomic "Ergo" handle gives maximum comfort and control, even when you weld at very high currents. The advanced "D" water cooling system ensures optimum heat removal and allows work at 100% duty cycle. It is fitted with a solid ball joint. The torch offers an impressive current rating of up to 550 A with CO2 and up to 500 A with mixed gases at 100% duty cycle. It is intended for wire diameters of 1.0 - 1.6 mm. It is an ideal choice for industrial welding applications where top output and reliability are required. The torch is 4 metres long.
