Technology Details
Keeping Work Hygienic and Comfortable
During heavy welding work, sweat and workshop dirt inevitably get into the textile parts of the headgear. The pads are made of advanced Tricot fabric, which is soft and pleasant to the touch and also wicks moisture away well, reducing discomfort. Replacing these parts regularly prevents bacterial growth, removes unpleasant odours and protects the skin against irritation. Keeping the headgear clean is essential for comfort during long welding sessions. It is a simple but very effective investment in personal hygiene and well-being at work.
Restoring the Biomechanical Stability of the IsoFit® System
The pads in the IsoFit® system do much more than provide soft padding. They are a precisely designed structural element that fills the space in the forehead and back-of-head stabilisers, ensuring a close fit and even distribution of forces. Over time, pressure and moisture can flatten the original pads, which slightly changes the fit geometry. Replacing them with a new original set restores their original thickness and resilience, and with it the full effectiveness of the IsoFit® system in reducing the load on the neck muscles. With this set, your helmet keeps its ergonomic properties and protects your health.
