This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with BÖHLER EMK 4 Ultra wire, 1.6 mm, with M21 shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.6 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.01092).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.6 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00592).
