This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with BÖHLER EMK 6 Ultra wire, 1.6 mm, with M20 shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.01593).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.6 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00593).
