This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for BÖHLER EMK 7 Ultra wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.23697).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.0 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00391).
