This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with BÖHLER EMK 8 wire, 0.8 mm, with M20 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. Give the machine model and serial number with your order so we can confirm compatibility with its software. Whether our service installs it or it comes as a manufacturer update is settled after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.23599).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 0.8 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00298).
