This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with BÖHLER Q G3 wire, 1.0 mm, with M21 shielding gas. It covers short arc and spray arc, in manual and synergic mode.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.00897).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.0 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00397).
