This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with diamondspark 46 MC wire, 1.2 mm, with M21 shielding gas. It covers short arc and spray arc, in manual and synergic mode.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.03297).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 46 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
