This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with diamondspark 700 MC wire, 1.2 mm, with M21 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.17199).
Can I use another E110C-K4H4 wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 700 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
