This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with diamondspark GUARD 420 RC wire, 1.2 mm, with M21 shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production.

Any machine on the list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
Should I choose RapiDeep instead of ArcDrive?
If productivity matters to you, yes. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration and less heat. The guide does not list it for TERRA NX 400/500 MSE or URANOS NX 2700. The same set-up in RapiDeep: RapiDeep 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.RD.28299).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark GUARD 420 RC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
