This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with FOXcore 307 MC wire, 1.2 mm, with M12 shielding gas. It covers short arc and spray arc, in manual and synergic mode.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for stainless and acid-resistant steels. 18 8 Mn wires are used, among other things, for dissimilar joints and buffer layers.

Yes, if your model is on the list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.2 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.14099).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to FOXcore 307 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
