This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) class wires, 1.0 mm, with M21 shielding gas. This is classic MIG/MAG without pulse: short arc at lower currents and spray arc at higher ones.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.008).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.0 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.003).
