This ArcDrive program sets up the machine to weld with Union K 52 wire, 1.6 mm, with M20 shielding gas. You work in synergic or manual mode, with short arc or spray arc.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.01595).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to Union K 52. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: ArcDrive G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.015).
