What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. The 0.6 mm diameter suits thin sheet and small, precise welds.

How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position. The PulseDrive version of this program: PulseDrive 0.6 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.01194).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For C1 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 0.6 mm, gas C1 (79.S1.00194).
