This synergic ArcDrive program is set up for Union K 56 wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with C1 shielding gas. It covers short arc and spray arc, in manual and synergic mode.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. ArcDrive has the widest machine list: it also covers TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does ArcDrive differ from PulseDrive?
ArcDrive welds with short and spray arc, without pulse. PulseDrive adds pulsed arc and double pulse, which helps on thin sheet and in position.
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for C1. For M20 choose a separate program: ArcDrive 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.01394).
