This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for BÖHLER EMK 6 Ultra wire, 0.8 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. You get pulsed arc and double pulse, useful where the look of the weld face matters.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.
