This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for BÖHLER EMK 8 wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.23399).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M21. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels. For M20 choose a separate program: PulseDrive 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.23799).
