This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for BÖHLER Q G3 wire, 1.6 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
The program holds synergic curves for this one combination of wire, diameter and gas. You change wire feed speed or plate thickness and the machine sets voltage and arc shape itself. The program is meant for unalloyed and low-alloy steels, which covers most structural work.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does PulseDrive differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive means short and spray arc without pulse. PulseDrive gives pulsed arc and double pulse: less spatter and easier pool control. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.6 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.01597).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
