This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for CrNi 13 4 (ER410) class wires, 1.2 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. It provides pulsed arc and double pulse, which means less spatter and better pool control.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work.
