This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for diamondspark 46 MC wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. It provides pulsed arc and double pulse, which means less spatter and better pool control.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

FAQ
Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE are not listed for PulseDrive in the selection guide. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
PulseDrive or QuickPulse?
QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, higher deposition rate, a more concentrated arc and less heat. It covers fewer machines, not URANOS NX 2700. QuickPulse for this set-up: QuickPulse 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.QP.20298).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For M21 choose a separate program: PulseDrive 1.0 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.03198).
