This PulseDrive pulse program is set up for diamondspark 700 MC wire, 1.0 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. It provides pulsed arc and double pulse, which means less spatter and better pool control.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.
