What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive and TERRA NX 400/500 MSE are not listed for PulseDrive in the selection guide. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does PulseDrive differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive means short and spray arc without pulse. PulseDrive gives pulsed arc and double pulse: less spatter and easier pool control. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.S1.18799).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 960 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
