This PulseDrive program sets the machine up for pulsed arc welding with G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) class wires, 1.2 mm, with M20 shielding gas. Pulsed arc and double pulse make thin sheet and positional welds easier.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work.
