This PulseDrive program sets the machine up for pulsed arc welding with Hardfacing class wires, 1.2 mm, with M21 shielding gas. You get pulsed arc and double pulse, useful where the look of the weld face matters.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is for surfacing, that is applying layers with properties different from the base metal. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.
