This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for BÖHLER Q G4 wire, 0.8 mm diameter, with M20 shielding gas. According to the price list, QuickPulse raises deposition rate with less heat input.
What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Typical work: steel structures, frames, tanks and machine parts in unalloyed and low-alloy steel. M20 contains less CO2 than M21, so the arc is calmer and produces less spatter.

Which machine can run this program?
Any machine on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
QuickPulse or RapiDeep?
The price list gives both T.MAP processes the same benefits. The machine list differs: RapiDeep also runs on TERRA NX 320/400 SMC SteelDrive, QuickPulse only on machines that run PulseDrive. RapiDeep for this set-up: RapiDeep 0.8 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.01296).
Can I use this program with a different gas?
No: the curves are made for M20. For M21 choose a separate program: QuickPulse 0.8 mm, gas M21 (79.QP.00796).
