What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. The program is meant for high-strength steels, where repeatable heat input and a stable arc matter. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Can I use another ER110S-G wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER X 70 IG. The Universal ARC line has programs for the G 69 4 M (ER110S-G) class, but not in this combination of family, diameter and gas. Ask us before ordering.
