What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. A 1.0 mm wire is a good choice for thin and medium sheet.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.0 mm, gas M20 (79.P1.20299).
Can I use this program with a different wire?
The curves are tuned to diamondspark 52 MC. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
