This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for Thermanit JE 308L Si wire, 0.8 mm diameter, with M12 shielding gas. According to the price list, QuickPulse raises deposition rate with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it on stainless steels, where a clean weld and little spatter count. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding.

Will this program work on my machine?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. QuickPulse is not listed for TERRA NX SMC SteelDrive, TERRA NX MSE or URANOS NX 2700. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 0.8 mm, gas M12 (79.P1.05099).
Can I use another ER308LSi wire?
The curves are tuned to Thermanit JE 308L Si. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: QuickPulse CrNi 19 9 (ER308) 0.8 mm, gas M12 (79.QP.050).
