This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for Union NiMoCr wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. According to the price list, QuickPulse raises deposition rate with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, if your model is on the list above. When ordering, give the model and serial number of the machine the program is for. Installation, by our service or as a manufacturer update, is agreed after the order.
How does QuickPulse differ from PulseDrive?
PulseDrive is synergic welding with pulsed arc and double pulse. QuickPulse is a T.MAP process: the price list credits it with faster welding, better penetration, a more stable arc and fewer defects. PulseDrive for this set-up: PulseDrive 1.2 mm, gas M21 (79.P1.20999).
Can I use another ER100S-G wire?
The curves are tuned to Union NiMoCr. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
