This program runs the advanced T.MAP QuickPulse process for Union X 85 wire, 1.2 mm diameter, with M21 shielding gas. The manufacturer lists a more concentrated arc, less heat and fewer weld defects for QuickPulse.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. The 1.2 mm diameter suits medium and thicker plate, typical in fabrication work. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

Can I use another ER110S-G wire?
The curves are tuned to Union X 85. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
