What it is for
A program is a set of synergic curves for one wire, one diameter and one gas: you set wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Wires of this group are used on high-strength steels, for example in construction machinery, cranes and trailers. A 0.8 mm wire works well on thin sheet and in position welding. M21 is the most widely used mixture for structural steels.

The curves are tuned to Union X 90. Another wire may behave differently, so contact us and we will match a program to the wire you use.
