This RapiDeep program runs the T.MAP process for BÖHLER EMK 6 wire, 1.2 mm, with M20 shielding gas. According to the price list, RapiDeep raises deposition rate and penetration with less heat input.
What it is for
Each program covers one combination: wire, diameter, gas. You enter wire speed or material thickness and the machine selects voltage and arc shape. Use it for unalloyed and low-alloy steels in the workshop and in production. M20 contains less CO2 than M21, so the arc is calmer and produces less spatter.

Can I add this program to my TERRA NX or URANOS NX?
Yes, as long as your machine is in the selection list above. You buy the program for one specific machine: give its model and serial number with your order. Installation (service visit or manufacturer update) is agreed after the order.
How does RapiDeep differ from ArcDrive?
ArcDrive is standard synergic welding with short and spray arc. RapiDeep is a T.MAP process: per the price list faster welding, better penetration and a more concentrated arc with less heat. ArcDrive for this set-up: ArcDrive 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.S1.01499).
Can I use another ER70S-6 wire?
The curves are tuned to BÖHLER EMK 6. For other brands of the same class the price list offers the Universal ARC line, here: RapiDeep G3/4 Si1 (ER70S-6) 1.2 mm, gas M20 (79.RD.014).
